1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, please contact us at support@vohran.co.uk. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
2. 14-Day Return Guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•In the same condition that you received it.
•Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
•In its original packaging.
•Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
Please note: Returns must be sent to our registered business address or the specific return address provided by our team upon approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
